We work hard behind the scenes to make sure that your orders are sent out quickly, and appreciate your patience for the rare times that family needs to take priority. Please note our shipping time frames below - generally orders are shipped out the same business day, however there may be slight delays coming into Christmas. Reach out to us if there's any clarification you may need with your order, or if we can help you make it something really special!


Pick Up
Orders can be picked up Wednesday - Sunday from 10am - 3pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Should you wish to arrange another time to pick up your order - please contact the store and we can arrange a time to meet you at the shop.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We are a small family business and make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact us with your order number if an item is required quickly, and we'll do our best to prioritise this for you. 

Pre Order Items
Ordering an item that is on pre-order may delay your order please contact us at should you wish to split your delivery. 

Gift Wrap
If we can help to make your gift that much more special - please contact us with your order number for complimentary gift wrapping and a note to your loved one.
