Keep cheese cloth handy in the kitchen for making cheese, straining soups and sauces, basting turkey, making herb and spice bags for bouquet garni, and steaming fish and puddings.

Avanti cheesecloth is 100 per cent cotton, lint-free gauze, 90cm x 250cm, with a selvedge edge. It is soft, absorbent and reusable.

Cut to size as required. Before use, rinse in cold water to remove residue.
